With the "What's Hybrid?" training and communication project, together we have built a new way of working within our company through a dedicated training course, supported by the figure of the Personal Hybrid Trainer: a true hybrid work coach who is able to provide useful and practical advice to become fully-fledged hybrid workers within fun video-modules.
