2013 guidance for the Snai group approved

MILAN – The Board of Directors of Snai S.p.A., which met today, has reviewed and approved the 2013 Guidance.

The 2013 forecasts for the Italian market suggest moderate growth or substantial stability for all of the Snai Group’s business segments, with the exception of horse racing for which an additional reduction in business volumes is expected,
on account of on-going crisis affecting the segment.

In the sports betting segment, in which Snai is market leader, the measures aimed at strengthening and optimizing the Group’s betting acceptance network continue, also in view of the expected outcome of the tender procedure for the
award of new rights. The payout, after the negative peak experienced in 2012, is expected to return to levels in line with the historic data for the segment.

As for entertainment devices, the installation of the videolottery rights owned by the Company is expected to be completed by the end of the year.

In the on-line segment, the Group will be launching new versions of games already included in its portfolio, which will allow customers to engage in gaming through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, and will also allow for
existing business operations to be bolstered.

Revenues for 2013 are expected to be in the range of Euro 560 to 590 million, and Ebitda is expected to range between Euro 92 and 102 million.

The Group’s net financial position at the end of December 2013 is expected to fall within the range of Euro 350 and 380 million.

Forecasts for year 2013 are based upon the best information available as of the date of this press release on the trend in the Italian gaming market.
